Understand your dietary and lifestyle patterns. Build habits that last.

Guided, self-paced nutrition learning with personalised feedback from our scientifically developed assessment, supported by practical lessons on physical activity, sleep and everyday wellbeing.

A plate arranged by food group: vegetables and fruit, wholegrains, and proteins such as beans, chickpeas, egg and fish, with small bowls of nuts, pulses and spices around it.

Good nutrition comes first. Physical activity, sleep and stress management help it last.

One membership covers all our learning: nutrition education at its centre, complemented by lessons on physical activity, sleep and stress management. Workplace wellness programmes, first aid training and one-to-one consultations are available separately.

How it works

Three steps, at your own pace

Membership is guided learning you follow in your own time. It is designed to build understanding and confidence, not to replace care from a health professional.

  1. Join

Create your account, confirm your email and choose your membership, which has a minimum six-month commitment (we recommend a year or more). If your employer sponsors you, accept their invitation instead.

  2. Complete your assessment

Tell us about your health, eating habits and lifestyle. Your progress is saved as you go, and you get personalised feedback when you finish.

  3. Follow your learning pathway

Work through practical lessons and activities, with optional check-ins and a live group Q&A each month.

Inside the platform

Learning that fits around real life

Two short lessons a month, each with a practical activity to try in everyday life. Your place is saved to your account, so you can pick up on any device.

Each lesson opens on its date, once you’ve finished the one before, and you can always see what comes next.

Membership

Learning that builds over time

Membership is for adults who want to understand their eating and make changes that last, at their own pace.

One subscription covers every lesson, in nutrition and in physical activity, sleep and stress. You start with personalised feedback from your assessment, then follow a guided pathway that builds month by month. A live group Q&A each month gives you a place to ask questions along the way.

Individual consultations are separate and paid for separately.

CommitmentMinimum six months

We recommend a year or more, and you can continue beyond that.

For employers

Invest in your team’s nutrition and wellbeing

Organisations can fund memberships for staff. You manage seats and invitations; each person keeps a private account, and their health information is never shared with you.

Questions

Common questions

More questions about membership

Is membership the same as seeing a nutritionist one to one?

No. Membership is guided, self-paced learning with personalised assessment feedback, check-ins and a monthly live group Q&A. One-to-one consultations are booked and paid for separately.

How long is the membership commitment?

Membership has a minimum commitment of six months, paid month by month, and we recommend staying for at least a year. You can cancel at any time, and nothing more is owed after the month you have paid for. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in our subscription terms.

Can my employer see my results?

No. If your employer sponsors your membership, they can see that a seat has been used. They cannot see your assessment, feedback, scores or learning activity.

Where are you based?

We work in Malawi and the United Kingdom. The learning platform is online, so members can join from anywhere with an internet connection. In-person services, such as first aid classes, are listed with their location.
