Membership and one-to-one care

What membership is, and what it isn’t

Membership is education and personalised guidance through our learning platform. It is not continuous individual monitoring, and the live Q&A is not a route to urgent help.

Nutrition consultations, personalised meal plans and counselling are available one to one, paid for separately.

Questions

Membership questions

Is membership the same as seeing a nutritionist one to one?

No. Membership is guided, self-paced learning with personalised assessment feedback, check-ins and a monthly live group Q&A. One-to-one consultations are booked and paid for separately.

What’s the difference between membership and a consultation?

Membership gives you all our learning, your personalised assessment feedback and a monthly group Q&A, for a single subscription. A consultation is a one-to-one appointment, paid for separately, with a registered clinical nutritionist for individual advice and a personalised meal plan, or with a PhD-qualified counsellor.

How long is the membership commitment?

Membership has a minimum commitment of six months, paid month by month, and we recommend staying for at least a year. You can cancel at any time, and nothing more is owed after the month you have paid for. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in our subscription terms.

Who reviews my assessment feedback?

Your feedback comes from our scientifically developed assessment tool, built by nutrition professionals. It isn’t reviewed individually by our team. If you would like personal advice, you can book a one-to-one consultation. It does not replace professional healthcare.

Can my employer see my results?

No. If your employer sponsors your membership, they can see that a seat has been used. They cannot see your assessment, feedback, scores or learning activity.

Is the monthly Q&A a way to get urgent help?

No. It is a scheduled educational group session. If you need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or a health facility.

Where are you based?

We work in Malawi and the United Kingdom. The learning platform is online, so members can join from anywhere with an internet connection. In-person services, such as first aid classes, are listed with their location.
