A fresh start

We have rebuilt how we work around guided online learning. Members follow a structured pathway, receive personalised feedback from our scientifically developed assessment and join a monthly live group session, wherever they live.

Nutrition is at the centre of everything. Membership adds learning on physical activity, sleep and stress, because they shape how we eat and how we feel. We also offer one-to-one consultations, workplace programmes and first aid training.

Our approach

We focus on understanding and practical skills rather than quick fixes. We are clear about what learning and assessment feedback can and cannot do, and we keep that separate from individual professional care.

NUWECO and NUWECE

One business, two names

NUWECO (Nutrition and Wellness Consultants) is our business. It runs this website, membership and learning platform, and our consultations and workplace programmes.

NUWECE (Nutrition Wellness Center) is our physical centre, which operates under NUWECO. It is not a separate company. It opened in 2019, is currently located on the University of Malawi’s Chirunga Campus in Zomba, and includes a gym.
