These terms cover your use of this website and learning platform, run by Nutrition and Wellness Consultants (NUWECO). NUWECE, our physical centre, operates under NUWECO. By using the website you agree to these terms.
Educational information
Content on this website and in the learning platform is general education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace care from a qualified health professional. The personal assessment gives personalised feedback from our scientifically developed assessment tool, to guide your learning; see About the assessment and its limitations.
This is not an urgent or emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a health facility.
Accounts
Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. Keep your password secure and don’t share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Paid services
Membership, the personal assessment on its own, consultations and training are paid services, with the prices shown on the website. Membership is also covered by our subscription terms.
When you pay by bank transfer or mobile money, access or your booking is confirmed once we have checked your payment. We may ask for a new proof of payment if we can’t match it.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the website, attempt to access other people’s accounts, interfere with its security, or copy and share members-only content outside your own use.
Our content
Lessons, resources and other content belong to NUWECO or are used with permission. Material from other organisations is credited where it is used.
Liability
We take care to keep information accurate and the website working, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. If you live in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

We may update these terms. The date of the latest version is shown below.
