We want everyone to be able to use this website and learning platform. We are designing towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a goal we test against, not a claim of full conformance.

What we have done

  • Pages work with a keyboard, with visible focus and a “skip to main content” link.
  • Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and allow password managers and pasting.
  • Text can be enlarged and pages reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
  • Animation is minimal and switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Teaching videos are expected to have captions, and audio and video lessons have transcripts.

Known limitations

  • The website has not yet been independently audited, or tested with a full range of screen readers and other assistive technology. We plan to do this and will list what we find here.
  • Some uploaded files, such as PDF resources, may not be fully accessible.
