Subscription terms
These terms describe how membership works: what you pay, how long it lasts, and how to cancel. They sit alongside our website terms.
Price and payment
Membership is MWK 50,000.00 or £20.00 a month. Prices include VAT where it applies.
You pay at the start of each month, in advance, using the payment options shown when you join. If you pay by bank transfer or mobile money, your access starts or continues once we have checked your payment.
If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Minimum term and renewal
Membership has a minimum term of six months, and we recommend staying for at least a year to get the most from the programme. This does not mean six months are paid upfront: you still pay month by month. After the minimum term, membership continues month to month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, including during the minimum term, from Account settings or by contacting us. Cancelling stops further payments. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is owed.
Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of first joining, we will refund your first payment in full. After that, payments for months that have started are not refunded, including part months.
Late or missed payments
If a monthly payment is late, you have 7 days to pay. After that, your access is paused until the payment is made. Your account and records are not deleted.
When membership ends
Your account, assessment and records remain yours. You can download them, keep using any part of the platform that doesn’t need membership, or rejoin at any time.
Sponsored memberships
If your employer sponsors your membership, they pay for it and these payment terms don’t apply to you. If they later withdraw the seat, sponsored access ends; your account and records remain yours, and you can choose to join on your own.
Consultations
Consultations are not part of membership and are paid for separately.
