Why invest

Healthier eating, a healthier workforce

Diet-related conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease are common among working adults, and many of their risk factors can be changed. Practical nutrition education gives your people the knowledge and skills to make better everyday choices, at work and at home.

Our programmes are designed by a public health nutritionist with a PhD in nutritional epidemiology, so they are built to be measured as well as delivered.

How it works

From first conversation to measured results

  1. Tell us about your organisation

Share your goals, the approximate number of people and what you are interested in.

  2. Agree a programme

We agree the mix of sponsored memberships, talks, workshops and first aid training, together with an evaluation plan.

  3. Your people take part

Each person uses their own private account. You receive regular group-level reports on progress.

Privacy

What you can and cannot see

Sponsoring a membership never gives an organisation access to anyone’s health information. If a seat is withdrawn, the sponsored access ends; the person keeps their account and their own records.

We don’t promise medical outcomes or productivity gains. We provide education and structured learning.

You can

  • See how many seats are in use
  • Invite people by email
  • See whether an invitation was accepted
  • Withdraw a seat
  • Receive regular group-level programme reports

You cannot

  • See assessments or answers
  • See feedback, scores or reports
  • See learning activity or progress
  • See anyone’s health information

Monitoring and evaluation

See what your programme achieves

Every workplace programme comes with a monitoring and evaluation plan, agreed with you at the start. We set a baseline, track agreed indicators, and report on progress at regular intervals and at the end of the programme.

Programmes are designed by a public health nutritionist with a PhD in nutritional epidemiology, so they are built to be measured as well as delivered.

What we report on

  • Reach and participation: invitations accepted and active learners
  • Engagement: lessons completed and attendance at talks and workshops
  • Knowledge and skills: change in knowledge-check results from start to finish
  • Staff experience: anonymous satisfaction and feedback surveys
  • Optional wellbeing indicators, only with staff consent and anonymised

Reports show group-level results only. Results for groups smaller than 10 people are not reported, and individual assessments, feedback and scores are never shared. We report what changes honestly and do not promise specific health or productivity outcomes.

Guide prices

The more people, the lower the price per person

Each organisation pays a one-off setup fee of K250,000 / £100. It covers onboarding, the baseline audit and survey, and your monitoring and evaluation reports.

Programmes start at 10 people, with a minimum of 6 months. We recommend 12 months or more, so you can see whether changes last.

These are guide prices. We confirm a quote for your organisation based on the number of people and anything else you'd like included, such as workshops or first aid classes.
